Simultaneous Fixation of Direct Dyestuffs and Crease-Resistant Finish of Viscose Rayon Fabrics for Lining
Abstract
The treatment of viscose rayon fabrics which in a single bath provides non-shrink, crease resistant and nonslip finish, dyestuff fixation and water-repellent effect is described. The continuous dyeing process uses direct dyestuffs and the finishing process is carried our wet in wet. Laboratory and plant results including variations of some of the auxiliary agents under the same technological conditions have been compared.Downloads
