Standardization in Service of the quality of Textile Products and Perceptibility

Abstract

A survey of the up to date state of development in the field of the European and international standardization of product quality is given. The structure and activity of European and international standardizing boards is explained. European and international standards in the field of quality assurance system and total quality management system as well as the centrification system and in connection with this the marking of certified products with the uniform European quality mark CE are discussed. At the end a survey of the state of quality standardization in Croatia is given and the significance of activities regarding the inclusion of our country in these tasks is pointed out.
