Abstract

Comparative investigations of some methods for quantitative determination of preparations and oligomers in polyester fibres were carried out. Based on the results obtained, the incorrectness of some methods for determination of preparations (e.g. JUS F.S1.021), caused by simultaneous considerable dissolving of oligomers under regulated testing conditions, is pointed out. The way of correction the results was established and the most convenient methods for application in control laboratories in polyester fibres plants proposed.
