Problems of the Production of Knitwear

Abstract

The parameters influencing the final appearance, quality and physical-mechanical properties of knitwear are presented in the paper. Rheological behaviour of knit fabric is described and its significant influence in the process of the production of knitwear pointed out. Specific problems of the production of knitwear is shown. Several parameters that cause loop damages during the sewing process oif knitwear are analysed. Suggestions are given how to improve the production process of knit goods.
