Plants for Warp Sizing Process Optimisation
Abstract
Problems of energy and auxiliary savings in sizing have been analysed, as well as their impact upon warp sizing as such. Devices for optimisation of the use of sizing agents on the warp have been described, and their influence on product quality and financial success of fabric production estimated. Advantages of the devices for energy savings by recycling the condensate and returning it to the drier have been stated, and special attention has been paid to the plants for recycling of sizing agents and their reutilisation in the process of sizing. Microbiological degradation properties of sizing agents have been given, together with the possibilities of their separation from waste waters.Downloads
