Abstract

Possibilities of energy and material savings in knitwear wet finishing processes are investigated. Possibilities of recuperation and recycling of hot waste liquids is discussed. Special attention is paid to the recycling system featuring rotational heat exchanger and optimal methods of waste water purification. Energy savings, together with lowering the degree of environment pollution, are analysed.
