Investigation of the Implementation of Vacuum Workpieces Transport on Automatic Sewing Machines

Abstract

Working principles of vacuum recivers are presented. Causes of troubles in the implementation of vacuum receivers for the transport of certain parts of garments (colllars, wrist cuffs and pockets) are investigated. Measurements of lowering the vacuum because of fabric permeability indicate the ways and possibilities of using this type of transport on sewing machines.
