Abstract

The paper deals with the mathematical thickness of woven fabric depending on the infeed factors on woven fabric: density of warp and weft threads and weaving-in what can be applied at projecting plain cloths. The proposed dependence was tested with two batches of fabrics (one batch with weft count 14x2 tex, and the other batch with weft count 30x2 tex), woven in fifteen various weaves.
