Development Trends of the Sewing Machines

Abstract

A survey is provided of development trends of the sewing machines exhibited at the International Clothing Machine Fair 93 in Cologne. Typical universal and special sewing machines, sewing automatic machines and aggregates of renowned european and world manufacturers are presented. Various devices and apparatuses enhancing the technical equipment of sewing machines are pointed out. It improves the efficiency of these machines, secures production quality, humanizes work and reduces production costs.
