Development Problems of the Organisation of Work Organisations of the Textile and Apparel Industry - A System Approach

Abstract

The development of organisation forms, from the classical theory up to the system approach, and the development of the conception of the business orientation of work organisations is discussed. The factors of causes and effects influencing the behaviour of business systems of the textile and apparel Industry as the components of the environment of business system, as well as the tasks of some functions in the conditions of system approach to the organisation is explained. The results obtained by analysis pointed out the necessity, particularly for the sake of the expected changes in the Yugoslave economic politicy, that the work organisations of the textile and apparel industry check their functional and institutional organisation.
