Good quality plant maintenance in function of production process

Abstract

Good quality plant maintenance, which is in function of the production process in the textile industry, requires special attention even in making production scheduling. Production planning should include the time required for preventive and periodic maintenance (repairs). Quality implementation of planned maintenance will reduce possibility of appearance of unplanned deadlock respectively needs for the intervention maintenance. Well-educated, well-trained and fairly motivated employees will contribute to increasing the quality and the production with appropriate means to maintain (tool, device, instrument etc.).
