Kinematics of the Picking Device of the Loom

Abstract

Kinematic analysis of the picking device of microshuttle loom is given. The connection among the parameters of the motion of picking device, of the piston of hidraulic muffler and the twist angle of the torsion shaft is determined. These dependences can be used in the calculation or reconstruction of the picking device or hidraulic muffler. With the help of this interdependence, the technical diagnostics and optimization of the passing of the weft through the weaving shed of microshuttle loom can be simplified.
