Abstract

The studio Edesign, increasingly concerned about the impact of its products in the market, has developed a collection of accessories designed for 2012 from the Ecodesign. Today it is increasingly apparent the responsibility of the creative industries such as design and fashion in society to make it sustainable through recycling, reuse of textile materials and cleaner processes throughout their entire life. The sustainable fashion design as the balance between social, economic and environmental improvement can provide environmental mitigation and processes through the reuse of textile materials, which have already been used and at the end of its life cycle may become incorporation into a product, in this case a collection of accessories. The competitive future and potential development of the textile and fashion industry is linked to rational and intelligent design in materials, processes, development to final disposal of their products and collections based in ecodesign.
