Presentation of a Mathematical Model of Spinning of Polyester Fibres

Abstract

In the management of the process of polyester fibres it is important to know what is going on in the process when changes of the characteristic parameters occur. For a total insight into this process, models are used which give a mathematical description of technological process. By means of mathematical models an optimizaton of spinning processes, which are influenced by high drawing off speeds is achieved. In this way high economic effects and better qualities of spinned fibres are obtained. Mathematical models can give useful data for the projection of new processes. In this study a model is presented in which by means of differential quations the change of the titer of polyester fibres in the spinning process is explained.
