Abstract

The article reports on the whole mathematical derivation and on the final expressions which unite technical and technological parameters of cutting of the cutting layers by using band cutting machines. On the basis of mathematical expressions, the computer program is given for the simulation os the process of cutting of the layers with band knife cutting machines. Five various kinds of technical diagrams with graphically presented interdependences of technical and technological factors were obtained. The simulation was carried out for the cutting velocity from 0 to 0.4 m/s, for the velocitiens of band knife from 0 to 40 m/s and for the grinding angles of band knife from 4 to 32°.
