Abstract

The influence of various tensile forces on the phenomena of creep and late elasticity, as well as rheological properties of plasticity of the plain weft knitted fabrics are examined. Knit patterns were produced on a single-bed circular knitting machine in the conditions of production. The measurements were carried out under the standard climatic conditions with three differently acting tensile forces. A considerable influence of the intensity of the forces, of their effect and relaxation time on the rheological phenomena and properties is found out.
